KERRIUM Resist 625

KERRIUM Resist 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum corrosion-resistant superalloy based on the well-established Inconel 625 alloy system. The alloy provides an excellent combination of high-temperature strength, outstanding corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and superior durability in aggressive industrial environments.

With its high chromium and molybdenum content, KERRIUM Resist 625 offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, chloride attack, and a wide range of acidic and seawater environments. The alloy also maintains reliable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for chemical processing equipment, offshore systems, marine engineering, power generation, heat exchangers, and high-temperature industrial components.

KERRIUM Resist 625 is widely supplied in wrought forms including bar, plate, sheet, wire, and forgings for demanding corrosion-resistant and high-temperature applications.
